How Booking Works
We keep the booking process simple and personal. No online portals, no automated systems — just a real conversation.
Send an Inquiry
Email us or fill out the contact form with your dog's details, requested dates, and any questions. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
We Confirm Availability
We'll confirm whether we have space for your dates, discuss your dog's needs, and answer any questions. First-time guests may be invited for a meet-and-greet.
Finalize & Drop Off
We'll confirm the details, walk through our policies, and schedule your drop-off time. Then it's time to bring your pup over!

We're a small operation with limited spots. The best way to check availability is to reach out directly — we'll let you know right away whether we can accommodate your dates.

Deposits

All drop-offs and pick-ups are by appointment. We'll confirm a specific time window when we finalize your booking.
Holiday Periods
We book up quickly around major holidays. We recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks in advance for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and summer peak weeks.
